I am writing this on the flight to New York, a new destination on my map.

Yesterday I happened to make a call to Xiao Gang, my best ex-roommate, and also happened again to check my pictures in his old laptop. It seemed life led me to look back. I found one thing that is all true—the only thing never changed is changing.

After four years’ work, I found I grew. Never was a new graduate, or a new comer to the airline business. All this achievements had been made by myself , I mean, to put them into practice, however, I can never made them without President Mr. Shi Bo, who brought this new stage to me in July 2003 in Chongqing, and other helpers always be there on the way.

Just because of that, I earned increasing opportunities to prove and develop, during which I can see the whole world with my own curious eyes. Among those pictures, my foot steps could be found on the land from Santiago de Chile in South America to Los Angeles, my favorite in west coast; from Sydney to Singapore; from Colombo, Maldives to New Delhi; from Sapporo, Osaka to Seoul; and from Athens, Paris to my heart-London. All those flies and visits definitely broaden my vision and let me see the lives of the world.

Toward the New Year of 2008, I am asking myself again whether I am ready enough for the coming days. Then I decide to follow my heart, traveling to explore. New York, the only Metropolitan City left, is jumping to my mind. I want to see Wall Street for the world financial center; Broadway for musicals and shows; Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, MoMA and other famous museums for modern arts. These “only in New York” moments will tell me the reason to the success of “American Dreams”.

How can I learn from it to be wise and adaptable to manage myself? That is a question, and a long-lasting one. Therefore, people need friends and their suggestions connected with your own self-control system. Just like the simple story told in High School Musical 2，Troy (Starred by Zac Efron) had once misled to get away from his pals in Wildcats. Finally it is proven that Friendship, Encouragement, Teamwork can lead to not least victory but happiness at large, which I value most.

I am currently happy with my job, but not satisfied. I, as previously mentioned, will keep going to grow and take the chance accordingly. I want to be happy but most importantly happy to my families and friends.
