本专辑写中国向南联盟的战略分析，向南发展，是互联网大多数人谈论的议题，有的人谈的很深，有的人谈的比较肤浅，大多数不离开把东盟打造成中国小弟的看法，寻求联盟是一致的看法，今天老军001根据前文提到的战略联盟和而不同的理论，给大家一个全栖思维，全面的分析，或许能对增加中华民族智慧，出一些力。

中国的南面包含中南半岛东盟十一个国家，还有印度，巴基斯坦，孟加拉等，基本上是这样的布局，再往南就是澳洲和新西兰了，现在的时局是，我们的经济力量基本覆盖了中南半岛，巴基斯坦在美国减少了援助后，基本靠我们经济支撑维持着运转，印度对中国的贸易也越来越多，除了玩具家电电力通信等外，还有印度资源矿产对中国的出口贸易，也可以说经济贸易把中印捆绑的越来越成为南亚一体经济的圈子了，孟加拉前一段时间打击猛虎组织还是靠着我们的武器装备支撑着政府打赢了这场战争，现在也应该对中国感恩戴德了，相对说来澳洲和新西兰我们的经济渗透力相对弱一些，但是哪里华人势力也是很大的，虽说比不上中南半岛的华人对当地政府的影响力，但是也可以说有自己的经济圈子和人脉圈子了。这就是中国南面的战略时局现状。

   中国缺少的是什么呢，就是通过打造经济一体化链条和华人的人脉圈，构建起什么什么样的经济一体联盟，类似于欧洲早先的汉萨同盟，虽说不能实现欧元区那样的一体经济模式，但是可以构建起一个基于人民币权势支撑各个国家的联盟体那样一种模式，说白了就是结合中国人民币现实实力，担保南面各个国家经济主脉发展的那么一种联盟体，说白了，就是我们给撑腰，支撑他的国家的基本面，然后我们寻求更多联盟譬如军事联盟，政治联盟的那么一种形式，这个形式起初不会有大多数国家响应，但是一开始与我们的联盟者得到好处了，其他国家也会响应的，就好像是现在的欧元区扩张一样，一步一步随着中国经济实力的扩展力来逐步进行接纳我们的联盟国，这样久而久之就做大了。

不要小看南面小国对中国参与度，一切联盟都是从小到大做起来的，可以说南面联盟是中国最简单的了，没有南面联盟的起点幻想亚洲经济一体是不现实的，因为亚洲太复杂，不同点太多，足以制约我们联盟之中的和的势力，中国先从简单做起吧。

To the south of China include the Indochina peninsula asean eleven countries, and India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, basically is this layout, again is south Australia and New Zealand, and now the situation is, our economic strength covering the basic Indochina, Pakistan in the United States to reduce the aid, the basic depend to our economic support to maintain the operation, and India to China's trade more and more, in addition to home appliance toys electric power communication among the co-owners, India resources and mineral exports to China trade, also can say the sino-indian economic trade has become a more and more South Asia bound a circle of the economy, Bangladesh some time ago against the tiger in our organization or weapons and equipment to support the government won the war, and now to China should also be deceptive, relatively speaking to Australia and New Zealand our economic penetration relatively thin, but where Chinese forces is a big, although can not compare with the Indochina peninsula of Chinese local government influence, but also can say to have their own economic circle circle and contacts. Don't look down upon the south of China small participation, everything is doing up since the alliance, can say the south is China's most simple alliance, and there is not the starting point of the alliance to the south but get  Asian economic integration fantasy is not realistic, because Asia is too complex, too much difference, enough to restrict our alliance in the forces and, China's first start from simple.
