中国的西边有阿富汗，伊朗，中东，还有中东最西边叙利亚，这是中国古代丝绸之路达到的最远方，现今能否超越古人就看我们的西面联盟能力了，说起西边，不能不谈美军的存在，他的中东有军事基地，在阿富汗有驻军，而且现在在伊拉克也有驻军，虽说要撤离一些但是老军001认为他们还会保留军事基地的存在的，这就是美国人制衡战略，所以我们的西向联盟不能不谈美国的存在，因为也绕不开美国，这就构建西向联盟存在了一定的难度。

现在互联网上一些人不是说是构建欧亚铁路吗，这倒是一个好思路，就是投资大，需要得到各个国家的投资，大家一起凑钱才行，估计美国人是不会干这个事情的，人家聪明着呢，不会干这个给别人做嫁衣的事情，那么我们的西边联盟的思路还有那些呢？这点老军001给出一些思路。

一个是基于西边联盟自己独立的道路，就是基于欧亚铁路的中东线路，先从中国新疆，到阿富汗，到伊朗联通，然后慢慢的向中东叙利亚挺进，一点一点发展，先做贸易，然后看着贸易规模，一点一点构建经济联盟体，这样可以正好把我们的南面联盟体与西边联盟起来，这样中国的势力范围也就越来越大了，有人说中国修铁路就是不能怕西边战乱，其实不怕战乱的，有了战乱中国正好和美国一起出兵维稳，正好还可以锻炼我们的军人，培养军队干部梯队建设。

有人说我们西边联盟不能要美国参与，自己单独干，老军001认为这是不现实的想法，因为西边是人家出兵打下来的江山社稷，你摆脱美国单干，肯定不符合实际，问题是我们拉着美军一起干联盟体，这思路也是比较好的，也对中国有利，你想呀，中东离美国多远，离我们多近，要是铁路修好了，一条龙都到了我们的家门口，中东的资源矿产都到了中国新疆，你美国不还得海运才能到本土吗，这成本多高呀，这样久而久之美国也就势力消弱了，所以我们西边联盟不怕美国的参与。

总之构建中国西边联盟的思路就是，拉着美国一起干，长远讲有利于我们，而且美国也有可能接受，看看这个多方联盟能碰出火花不，看世界大势的发展了。
