   本专辑写非洲的分析，非洲是人类文明的发源地之一，有着古代辉煌的灿烂文明，古埃及的社会文明史至今还是很多史学爱好者研究社会文明的启蒙教案，只是随着世界文明的发展，他们改革创新的思路落后了其他几个州的发展，才在近代几百年之内成了人家的殖民地，二战后，随着反殖民运动的兴起，他们或多独立了，但是也保留了宗主国的留下的遗产，譬如官方语言是原来宗主国的语言，还有一些风俗也继承下来，但是贫穷落后的帽子一直没有被甩掉。

新中国成立后，我党在老毛团结亚非拉第三世界思想的指导下，一直没间断过对非洲的援助，即使在中国当时很穷的情况下，还无偿帮助非洲修建了坦赞铁路，和一些水利设施等，现在的中国对非洲的贸易越来越多了，拿中国在海外华人7000-8000万人口计，非洲我看至少有华人800万，他们在非洲做贸易，开厂矿，投资地产，通信，道路等基础设施，有的还合资开采油田，现在的非洲与我们联系是更加密切了，当然非洲还接纳世界各地的投资，但是华人在非洲的权益和资本无疑也是最多的，现在的非洲有着更加多的中国利益在里面，不信的话，你们看吧，利比亚内战我们撤侨了几万人，就知道中国进军非洲的速度了。一句话的说，非洲是我们经济资源的贮备基地。看看亚丁湾护航的来往中国船只就知道了。

中国同非洲的同盟的关系不同于与欧盟的关系，鉴于非洲是多种势力的角逐场，所以我们只能在非洲实施协调外交，这就基本定位了，我们在非洲的利益，能争取的尽量争取，最好不用出兵的方式解决问题，用经济手段，外交手段，和能团结的非洲当地力量去争取我们的利益，因为非洲距离我们太远，不想周边那样我们有用兵的优势，这样非洲与中国的结盟关系就仅限于经济外交层面了，老军001认为把他们纳入中国经济原料来源地吧，补充来自中国周边原料来源的不足。以后随着中国实力的发展，再加强我们的双边关系。
