街道的皮肤也要天天护理！
英语里面有个成语：“Beauty is skin deep.” 我很想找一个确切的中文翻译，但是水平有限，所以只能翻译成“美丽只有皮肤那样肤浅！”希望能有高手给一个更好的表达。
中文把男女之间最大的特点缩写成为“郎才女貌”，于是，化妆品成了最赚钱的生意，因为一般女士们花钱的时候最多的就是为了貌，英国人总结成为美貌就是皮肤的事，于是各种护肤品挤满了每个家庭洗漱间的各个角落。其实，中文里也有一句类似的话，叫“一白遮百丑”，意思说：只要皮肤白了，什么眼睛大小，鼻子高低都不那么重要了，因为皮肤有最终的话事权！
我从来不用化妆品，虽然我的皮肤颜色很重，因为我很担心，如果我的皮肤变得很白的话，可能会让其他的男人们误会。我也没有因此而感到遗憾，因为我周围没有一个皮肤很白的男人得到众人的夸奖。相反，现代社会里，不管是男老板，还是电影男明星，他们都以深色皮肤为荣，因为这样容易让别人理解为，这些人常常旅游、打高尔夫球或开游艇出海。我当然不是了，只是小时候的皮肤就是这个颜色，一直没有变过。

whoever said beauty is skin deep?was a superficial person. True beauty comes from the light in the eyes, a natural smile on the face, and the glow of good health that shines through the skin, regardless of age.
How do we achieve the true beauty that comes from the inside? Certainly not through skin peels, face lifts ...! No matter how much we spend on that kind of procedure, we cannot erase the effects of stress, overwork, sleep deprivation, poor diet, exposure to toxins, and unhappiness that show in our faces and mask our natural beauty.
i think beautifu skin is from more exercise,Joyful, happy, self-confident, clear-headed, Yoga, meditation, and meditative prayer open doors to these states.

我认为应理解为：美貌浅如皮肤，也就是只拥有美丽的容貌，而缺少自身的涵养，气质，敏锐的思维，学识，其美貌不过象皮肤那样浅，所以有美貌而無美德，猶如走了味的酒．故一个人只有拥有优良的品德，方能称上真正的美貌．

干嘛要那么多的文字去描述?其实讲的就是外在美延伸到内在的美.

Beauty is Skin-Deep = 美丽只有皮肤那样肤浅 ? That sounds stiff and a mouth-ful to utter so.
Alternatively, to be expressed,
Beauty is Skin-Deep = 容貌是肤浅的.
Beauty, in this case, refers to a mere pretty face.
Fortunately and unfortunately, the saying of "There's more behind a Pretty Face" is controversial. Regards.

李炜先生你好：你在锵锵三人行的评论无论谈到什么样的话题我都是支持你的观点，时不时看到你在凤凰的另一个栏目跟他们就像吵架有时搞得脸红脖子粗多不好看，挡次不同认识肯定不一样，希望你还回锵锵来。
