How time flies!In two ticks,a vealy freshmen have become a veteran junior and the junior must face the stress of the existing circumstances in which there is filling of the competition of applying for the job.Under the circumstances how to project oneself and how to become a triton of the minnows if We want to have a leg up on the future competition.My friends who have graduate gave me some suggestion that to increase the working experience and to study a more practiceful knowledge.But how to increase or how to study?
    As far as i am concerned,first of all,toward the prefessional konwledge we must have a  more advanced studies.If you are study intensively you can get more new and deep perceptions and from which we would have a regularly mind to put the knowledge into the practice as much as possible.second,seize and take the opportunity when it appears.As every opportunity would broader your experience if you take and improve it.For instance,when you are the part of the student union or participated in the most of the activities which are hold by the student union,maybe you are a sociability or a Successful leader.If you combine the knowledge into the practice perfectly when you practise in the TV station or other depratment,it can enormously increase your specialized function.At last exchange and share experience with the student who have graduated frequently.We can gain experience from them in the practice for free.
    First and last,we must not only study the knowledge earnestly,but aslo to gain more and more experince as much as you can.Most student who have grandiose aims but puny abilities that could not get a job almost just lose sight of the practice.
