上周末一位好友的老公四十大寿，由于寿星特别喜欢打高尔夫球，所以应好友要求，为他做了这款双层的高尔夫蛋糕。

为什么底上那个蛋糕上写的，是 Happy TTTT'th
Birthday呢？那些白色的，是高尔夫发球用的，叫做T。40，英文是 forty，那不就是four-t (4 T) 吗？呵呵。这个小细节，让参加生日庆祝的人全都笑了。

蛋糕内部是普通戚风蛋糕，方子到处都是，我就不罗唆了。比较“怪异”的，是蛋糕特地不是做成平的。底层是两个9寸的，上层是两个6寸 ……<br/><br/>……]]></description>

这个蛋糕，其实应该算是一种速发面包，和玛芬类一样是依靠发泡剂涨发的。

原配方是我一个同事Anne给我的，原本是做两个9x5的长方形的loaf。她说她家的两个小子，隔三差五就央求妈妈给他们做这个蛋糕。

说到这个蛋糕的一大主要原料，西葫芦，大家一定觉得很奇怪。怎么会把这个也放进蛋糕的呢？西葫芦其实不一定要做菜吃。它的水份充足，而且没有很重的气味和味道，做在这个蛋糕里面，几乎品尝不出来。但是它让蛋糕体变得很湿润，很棒的哦！
