<font face="宋体">最近的日子过得可忙乱，原因挺多地，其中一个吧，是因为今年的经济景气不好，所以这个圣诞新年期间，俺猪放假的时间比较
长，他在家呆时间久了，就变得可缠人，做啥都得喊上我，连打游戏也得扯我一起玩儿，跟个黏豆包似地。以前我还想着，万一俺家哪天中了彩票的话，就不让他上
班，让他天天在家陪我玩儿挺好，现在我可改了主意了，俺家就算中了大彩票，也还是得撵他去上班，这天天被黏豆包黏着的日子，实在不咋舒服呐。</font><br>

<font face="宋体">黏豆包现在跟朋友有事出去了，我才有空上来玩一会儿。今天是</font>08<font face="宋体">年的最后一天呐，好歹得更新一下，在博客上留个印儿，也算是跟</font>08<font face="宋体">年最后告个别呗。</font><br>

<font face="宋体">黏豆包很快就回来，我也么空整理新拍的照片，翻腾出个旧文儿先发上来。</font><br>

<font face="宋体">土豆三明治</font> <font face="宋体">做法：</font>1<font face="宋体">）一个大土豆削皮，从土豆最粗的部分切下四片（剩下的土豆装保鲜盒，留着下次做菜用），热狗肠一只，切成跟土豆片长短差不多的厚片。另外准备一片芝士，一点生菜叶，一点泡椒（怕辣的话，用酸黄瓜片代替泡椒，也好味）。</font><br>

5<font face="宋体">）泡椒上再放四分之一片芝士，最上面再放一片煎好的土豆片，即完成一份小“三明治”。</font><br>

 <font face="宋体">同样的方法，用剩下的材料再做一份。我喜欢吃融化的芝士，就把组装好的三明治放到微波炉里稍微转一会儿，觉得非常好吃。</font><br>

<font face="宋体">忽然想吃爆米花，以前也自己在家爆过爆米花，是买的纸袋装的调了油盐等味道的玉米粒，用微波炉转转，出来就是一袋爆米花。</font><br>

<font face="宋体">现在却很不想吃加了黄油或者糖类的爆米花，买了一瓶写有爆米花用的玉米粒儿，成分只有玉米，没有别的，回家试着操练。</font><br>

<font face="宋体">吃完了，抹抹嘴，忽然想起小时候常吃的，还有大米花儿，要是大米粒儿这么盖着锅盖炒炒，是不是就能爆成大米花儿？俺猪说
我买的这玉米粒儿肯定是经过特殊处理的，普通米肯定爆不成。可是，不试试怎么验证呢？去厨房，抓点儿米，盖上锅盖，炒炒炒，最后。。。都快炒糊了也没爆出
一个米花儿来。</font><br>

<font face="宋体">话说这不加调料的爆米花吧，真是个挺好的零食，低热量高纤维，最近这些天只要想起来我就舀三匙爆了吃，只三匙，就有纤维</font>7<font face="宋体">克，相当于一天建议纤维摄入量的</font>28<font face="宋体">％啦。</font><br>

<font face="宋体">圣诞节要到了，用草莓做个圣诞老人来玩儿吧。</font><br>

4<font face="宋体">）用黑芝麻、红枣皮做圣诞老人的眼睛和嘴巴。全部做好以后，把一小捏白巧克力放在碗里，微波炉转</font>20<font face="宋体">－</font>30<font face="宋体">秒，至巧克力融化，用牙签粘着融化的巧克力，点在草莓的尖顶做帽子尖儿，再点在草莓的底部，做衣服扣子，然后摆盘即成。</font><br>

椒盐腌过再烤的火鸡，没有花椒，就没有烤鸡的劲儿了。那天看到有人留言问花椒可以用什么替代，我想，每一种食物，都是独特的，替代了，就再不是原来的味
道，虽说，替代品的味道也不见得不好，可是，终究，食物也是独一无二的，就像，你不是我，我也不是你一样，谁也代替不了谁呀。</font><br>

<font face="宋体">感恩节的前两天，听说“狮子楼”牌的花椒不掺假，特意跑去找，果然发现有卖，顺道又买了这个牌子的干辣椒。于是，俺家今年又烤了一只火鸡来过感恩节。</font><br>

<font face="宋体">还有啥想罗唆的来着？一时想不起了，总结一下，这段日子就是感冒了几天，购物了几天，闲扯聚会了几回。另外，还是继续喜欢萝卜叶肉馅儿的包子，觉着可好吃，上次包了</font>17<font face="宋体">个，俺俩一起吃了两顿，最终战果，我吃</font>10<font face="宋体">，俺猪吃</font>7<font face="宋体">。这人知道数据以后，大不忿，让他干啥，就说，我得先歇会儿，吃</font>7<font face="宋体">个包子的人，没法跟吃</font>10<font face="宋体">个包子的人比，没有力气干活儿了。可是，这赖我么？是他自己胃不如人，吃不了那多，还抱怨个啥呢？不过，不过，我好像也的确有点丢脸，身为一个女的，咋好意思这大胃呐？</font><br>

<font face="宋体">好像就这样吧？这日子一天天地都是咋过的呢，任凭使劲儿回忆，也净是一片空白的样子。</font><br>

<p>最近几个月，每天都吃100％全麦或者多谷物面包，挺喜欢吃的，几个月吃下来，也没觉得烦。每次买面包的时候，都喜欢挑选纤维含量高的买，我常买的
全麦面包，每片的纤维含量是三克，后来发现有一种多谷物面包的纤维含量更高，每一片居然有五克，就换成这个来吃了。按照每日25－30克纤维的摄入建议，
只是这一片面包吃下去，就完成了一天纤维摄入量的1/5啦。</p>
<p>海苔全麦面包卷的做法：1）全麦切片面包四片，切去硬边儿。海苔两张，每张两等分。取一片面包，两面抹上沙拉酱（或Feta奶酪），上面再放一点配料，我这次放的是辣肉酱，也可以放鸡蛋皮丝，卤肉，蟹柳等自己想吃的材料。</p>

<p>2）卷起来，海苔的接口处，用少许清水沾湿，即可粘住。</p>

<p>那天，正在做葱油饼的时候，想起家里有卤好的肘子肉哩，改了下主意，烙成葱油薄饼，拿来卷肉吃。</p>
<p>话说俺这段时间真是吃了不少肉，都经济危机了，想吃点儿啥还不敢吃的话，日子也过得太没奔头了不是。不过，不过，其实俺心里也有点嘀咕，俺的胆固醇啥的指标都偏低，俺随便这么吃倒是没什么，可是，俺猪也跟着俺一起吃，不让他吃的话，他又不高兴。</p>
<p>年底了，节日的季节又到了，虽然是阴沉沉的天气，心里却无端生出一大坨儿兴奋感，真的，我自己也不知道自己兴奋个啥劲儿呢，又没有什么想去的地方，也没有什么想买的物事，怪啊怪啊，这老了老了的吧，心境反而又有点回到喜欢过节的小时候。</p>
<p>虽然不知道下一年的年景会不会比今年更糟糕，可还是很期待呢，因为下一年，有很值得俺期待的事儿发生啊，嘻嘻。</p>
<p>葱油卷饼的做法：1）面擀大片，刷油，撒盐，撒葱花，卷起，切段儿，把切口捏紧，按成圆饼。</p>

<p>2）擀开每个圆饼，成薄片。</p>

<p>俺猪喜欢吃各种坚果，生的熟的都不惧，我不咋喜欢吃，生的熟的都没多少兴趣。常常看他喝着葡萄酒，捏着坚果吃，表情很享受的样子，如果我不知道坚果啥味道的话，会以为他在吃多美妙的东西呢。不过，我最近找到一个我连着吃好些天还觉得好吃的核桃仁吃法，写出来分享一下哈。</p>
<p>做法简单极了：1）多谷物土司摆在烤盘上，抹一点花生酱（不抹也可），摆上核桃仁，上面盖一片奶酪。</p>

<p>2）用烤箱的上火稍微烤一下即可。也可以把奶酪片铺在下面，核桃仁放在奶酪上面，都挺好吃地。</p>

<font face="宋体">很久没怎么吃土豆，因为看有的书上说，土豆这东西，尤其，若削皮的话，基本上就是没有多少营养的“空卡路里”（</font>EmptyCalories<font face="宋体">）。可是，其实，俺这个东北人还是挺喜欢土豆的，前阵子实在馋薯条，觉得买的薯条太油，就买了一堆土豆，想起来的时候，就自己做一回烤薯条，然后又附带着用土豆做了些其他的东西来吃。看看这个鸡蛋土豆饼。</font><br>

<font face="宋体">做法：</font>1<font face="宋体">）中等大小的土豆一只，切细丝，然后稍微剁几下，剁成小碎段，放入碗里，加一只鸡蛋，二匙面粉，一小把葱花，一匙芝麻，少许盐和黑胡椒粉。</font><br>

俺也不会写那个饭，即便写了，俺也会说明排骨那样煮是不行的），反正，俺俩把那排骨上的脆骨都嚼吧嚼吧吃掉了，不过，俺不知道是不是所有的电饭煲煮米饭所
需的时间都比较一致（也或许有的煮的时间长，有的煮的时间短？），另外，排骨本身的大小啥的可能也会影响结果吧，不放心的朋友，可事先把排骨用调料加水先
炖到快熟，然后再跟米饭混到一起煮，应该就不用担心啦。</font></div>

<p>那天忽然想起以前上学的时候，俺猪住的宿舍楼下的那个小餐厅里卖很好吃的砂锅排骨饭，以前老去吃，不过，上次跟朋友聊天的时候，她说那个餐厅早已经不在了。</p>
<p>想着想着就开始特别想吃排骨饭，俺家没有砂锅，因为砂锅跟俺有仇，每个来俺家的砂锅都命不长，一下搞不好就破掉（可能俺这样的粗人不配用砂锅），后来就再也不买。用电饭锅凑合着做，没有以前吃过的那个砂锅排骨饭香，不过，也还成吧。</p>
<p>做法：1）排骨用腐乳、料酒、酱油，糖、姜蒜末、少许辣酱腌一会儿，米洗净，按照正常煮饭的比例加水。然后把腌的骨头连汁水一起倒入锅里。按下煮饭的按钮。</p>

<p>2）因为想偷懒，就顺便蒸个蛋羹―――等锅里的水分将尽的时候（我判断水分是不是将尽的标准，是看电饭锅的排气阀是不是停止呼呼冒气），把一碗用少
许虾酱、适量水调好的蛋液放在蒸屉上，罩上保鲜膜，防止水分进去，再把蒸屉放在电饭锅上，继续煮饭。这蛋液的颜色，是虾酱的缘故，也因为偷懒，没有过滤掉
蛋液上的那些泡泡，另外，我用的是99％蛋白的代鸡蛋，代鸡蛋没有真鸡蛋好吃，不过，因为得记着控制俺猪的胆固醇摄入量，也只好忍了。</p>

<p>3）等电饭锅跳闸，把蛋羹取出，</p>

            <title><![CDATA[小菜二十：培根胡萝卜羊栖菜]]></title>

<p>医生让我去做CBC检查（Complete Blood Count），就是查红细胞白细胞血小板之类的数据，虽然都在标准范围内，医生也说OK，可我自己怎么觉得那数据太偏低、好像有点接近贫血的倾向呢？补铁，我得找点儿补铁的东西吃吃。</p>

<p>想起羊栖菜（hijiki）好像是个补铁补钙的好东西，我也找来吃，在我住的地方，这个菜可以在亚洲超市卖干海带的货架那儿找到，日韩超市的话，应该十有八九都会有卖的。</p>

<p>先做个培根胡萝卜羊栖菜。做法：1）培根两三根，切细条。入锅炒香。</p>

<p>2）胡萝卜一根，切条，用泡发30分钟的羊栖菜一把，沥干水分，一起丢入炒培根的锅里，拌炒一会儿。</p>

<p>3）加酱油、水、料酒、少许红糖，炒匀后，盖上锅盖，煮开后转中小火，继续煮至水干即可。</p>

<p>羊栖菜没有什么特殊的味道，个人感觉它也可以算是吃起来不让人反感的一种食材吧。</p>

羊栖菜每百克含水分17.5 克，蛋白质20.9 克，脂肪3.7 克，碳水化合物29 克，钙329 毫克，磷203 毫克，铁99.4 毫克，褐藻胶22.7 克，甘露醇6.6 克，碘63 毫克等。<br>
羊栖菜性味甘咸寒，具有软坚散结、利水消肿、泄热化痰的功效。用于甲状腺肿、颈淋巴结肿、浮肿、脚气等。脾胃虚寒者忌食用。<br>
《神农本草经》和《本草纲目》中称羊栖菜主治“瘿瘤结气”、“利小便”，有治疗“本豚气”、“水气浮肿”，“宿食不化”等功效。<br>
含有丰富的蛋白质、糖类、生物钙以及各种维生素，对防治甲状腺肿大、高血压、风湿病、大肠癌以及消除大脑疲劳、促进皮肤光滑等均有显著疗效。<br>

<p>天气又凉了，进进出出的时候，路上满眼满眼的又是黄的红的叶子。就这么一年又一年地，日子过得飞快，眨巴眨巴眼，人就老了，真是不敢多想。</p>
<p>俺猪早起的时候说，天冷了，他也要拿出厚被子盖了。</p>
<p>嗯，他的厚被子都该换了，春天的时候，说等秋天的时候去买新的，这已经秋天了，被子还没去买呢。</p>
<p>他说，不用换啦！</p>
<p>为啥不用换了？</p>
<p>他说，没钱。</p>
<p>钱呢？</p>
<p>老婆太能吃了，钱都让老婆吃光了。</p>
<p>笑得俺，不是每个老婆子都能把家里买被子的钱吃掉哩，好歹，俺还算没白吃，春也贴膘、秋也贴膘、冬也贴膘，夏又不掉膘，这一年四季地，身上老是带着一坨肥肉给俺老头子壮脸面呐！不过，其实，俺其实也么吃啥好吃地啊！</p>
<p>做了个肉碎盖浇饭来吃，做法：1）锅热油，炒香葱、蒜末，放入肉馅，炒至水分将尽。</p>

<p>2）加酱油，料酒，胡椒粉，糖，五香粉，水。</p>

<p>3）煮开后转小火继续焖煮至入味，最后汤汁太多的话，可开大火略收汁，然后把烧好的肉碎连汁水一起浇在米饭上即可。</p>
<p>我用的是糙米，所以米饭的颜色很是不白哈。</p>

<p>最近忽然迷上萝卜叶（萝卜叶，在俺老家把它叫做萝卜缨）了，说是萝卜叶营养丰富，还可以防贫血，于是每周都买一大把回来吃，我最常用的吃法，一个是用开水焯一下，切碎，混上肉碎包包子，另一个是生着切碎，用盐腌一下，回头用来炒毛豆或者豆干来吃，都很好吃。</p>
<p>那天煮粥的时候，发现家里缺了绿叶菜，就把腌的萝卜叶丢进去一点，也很不错。</p>
<p>还是糙米粥，粥底按照之前写过的法子煮好后，把涮火锅用的牛肉片用少许酱油、蚝油、芝麻油、姜末、淀粉腌一下，丢入粥锅，加腌过的萝卜叶，一起煮开至熟，根据口味加盐和黑胡椒粉调味后盛出即可。</p>

<p>快半夜的时候，忽然被西瓜馋懵了。怕他笑话我都要睡觉了还惦记着吃，就说，哎，内个西瓜买了三天了都，一直放在袋子里没拿出来，也不知道是不是放糟了，我得去切开看看是不是熟大了。</p>
<p>俺猪说，想吃就直说呗，拐这么大个弯儿给谁看哪？</p>
<p>虽说是一家人，虽说他知道我想开西瓜的真正原因，可是，咱含蓄点儿过日子不行吗？非得把话说地那么露骨干啥呢？既然不给俺留面子，俺也不用拐弯儿客气了，俺就不亲自去动手切了，支使这个明白人就得了。</p>
<p>半夜吃西瓜，真挺幸福地。虽然。。。起夜上厕所是个问题，但，凌晨两点多的时候，俺爬起来溜进厨房又悄悄吃了一回。俺可咋整呢，为了吃就是可以这么地不怕麻烦！</p>
<p>做米饭的时候，顺便蒸个菜，再拌两个小凉菜，就是一顿晚餐，非常省事儿。</p>
<p>蒸茄盒的做法：1）取铝箔纸一张，撕开成四份。每份折起四边，成四个小盒子。一个小茄子洗净切片，均匀铺在铝箔纸盒上。然后把四个小盒放在电饭煲的蒸屉上。</p>
<p>2）把事先用蚝油、酱油、料酒、葱姜末，芝麻油调好的瘦肉馅儿半小碗铺在茄子片上，上面再加虾仁，小鲜蘑，一点点胡萝卜片儿。</p>

<p>3）等电饭煲里煮饭的水快蒸发没了的时候，把电饭煲的蒸屉放在锅上，盖上盖子继续煮饭。饭好了，这个菜也就正好了。</p>

<p>蒸肉的汁儿渗进茄子片，挺好吃的。蘑菇和虾也蘸着那汁儿吃，然后再把盒子里剩的汁儿倒入米饭拌拌，也挺好吃的。</p>

            <title><![CDATA[小菜十九：腌蛋]]></title>

<p>想了下，这个腌蛋也给列到《小菜》里吧。</p>

<p>腌了刚好一个月的时候，拿出来几个煮煮看，效果还算挺好的，虽然蛋黄中间的颜色好像是还没腌透的样子（或许还没腌到时候，需要再多腌几天？），但是已经出油了，咸淡也适中，挺好吃地。</p>

<p>这次是我第一次用传说中的“滚蛋法”腌的，觉得比用盐水腌省事儿呢，以后就决定用这个法子腌了。</p>

<p>做法：1）鸡蛋一小堆儿（我的瓶子比较大，腌了30个，嘿～～～），洗净，擦干水分。</p>

<p>2）准备半小碗酒，半小碗盐（先各倒半碗，不够的话，再倒）。先把蛋在酒碗里滚一圈儿，再放到盐碗里滚一圈儿，然后全部给装到瓶子或者罐子里。最后撕一张保鲜膜盖住瓶口，再盖上瓶盖，放在橱柜里三十天。</p>

<p>煮出来的，就是这样子了。</p>

<p>注：1）关于酒，说是高度酒比较好呢，我家只有40度的白兰地，所以就用的这个酒。不知道用更低度数的酒是否也效果一样。</p>

<p>2）瓶子要密封，我怕封不严，所以盖了一层保鲜膜后再盖的盖子。</p>

<p>3）具体腌的天数，应该跟温度也有关，温度高应该会快一些，温度低可能会慢一些。</p>

<p>补钙补钙，俺需要补钙。喜欢吃鱼干，喜欢吃虾皮，呵～</p>

<p>做法：1）锅热油，炒香蒜片，加鱼干，炒香，加点儿料酒和糖炒炒，最后再加切细的泡椒丁（我用的是这边买的那种很辣的泡墨西哥辣椒pickled Jalapeno ）稍炒。―――这里加了一点红色尖椒，是想调一下颜色，不加也可。</p>

<p>2）关火，撒芝麻油和炒香的芝麻，拌匀即可。</p>

<p>注：1）加入泡椒后，稍微炒炒就关火，曾经有一回炒泡椒的时间有点长，实在太炝了，能辣死个人儿了。</p>

<p>2）我买的小鱼干有点咸，所以炒的时候就没再加盐或者酱油。</p>

<p>3）没有泡椒的话，用鲜尖椒切丝也一样可以用，不过需要多炒一会儿。</p>

对粥的狂热还没减，觉得方便又好吃呢，最近一直是每晚喝粥，有时候拍了照片，有时候偷懒没拍。其实不拍也没啥，反正，粥这东西，煮起来大同小异地，至少，我煮粥的法子都差不多，区别不过是每次用的材料有些变化而已。<br>
<br>
因为每天都喝稍微变了点花样的粥，就想了个偷懒的主意―――每次煮一杯米，刚刚煮好还没放其他材料的时候，分出来一半，晾凉，装保鲜盒里，放冰箱，做第二天煮粥的粥底，这样就更省事一些了。<br>
<br>
这个鸡肉蘑菇粥是用荞麦和押麦煮的：1）先把荞麦和押麦各半杯，加水煮熟。加切碎的鲜蘑，和盐，继续煮开。<br>
