            <description><![CDATA[　　本发明公开了一种<A href="http://www.pcb-sz.com/">PCB</A>板孔点电镀法，其中包括步骤：A.贴膜固化：在PCB基板上粘贴感光膜，并对非开孔位置的感光膜粘贴区域进行光固化，使感光膜与PCB基板紧密粘接;B.显影：通过化学显影剂将PCB基板上开孔位置处的感光膜溶掉，露出PCB基板开孔;C.电镀：将上述PCB基板浸入电镀液中充分电镀;D.退膜：将PCB基板从电镀液中取出，清洗掉感光膜，进行图形电镀。本发明将感光膜粘贴在PCB基板上，对PCB基板上孔点部分与非孔点部分进行分次电镀，先对PCB基板上的孔点部分进行电镀，然后去掉感光膜再次进行电镀，从而使PCB基板上孔点内壁铜层的厚度达到要求，满足微小线宽/线距产品的生产，提升了产品的合格 ……<br/><br/>……]]></description>
